Co-founder since 2010, Mr.Deji leads and administers the school's academic programs, working closely with teachers and staff across departments. He oversees student testing, placement and progress tracking, chairs staff meetings, conducts teacher appraisals, and provides line management to Social Activities and Resources managers — keeping day-to-day academic life running smoothly.

With background in classroom teaching, customer relations and marketing communications, Mrs. Joy now leads Dandave School's day-to-day operations.By developing school policy, motivating and managing staff, overseeing recruitment, keeping parents informed of their child's development, and counselling pupils through behavioural challenges.
